Texture repaint 'toe-socks' look cheap. You can't wear them without adding shoes to your avatar (or risk showing claws, paw pads, or paw shapes).

Sure, you could add human socks to your VRChat avatar... if you don't mind losing your digitigrade legs. Or you could extrude them...if you don't mind keeping the individual toe shapes and using flat colors.

Enter Thigh High Socks for VRChat furry avatars!

My socks conform to the shape of Lexidoll's Lexichi, the Zoichi, or Coppouchi model's legs without looking flat or losing detail. They use new 3d meshes while still retaining shapekeys, and bulge where the removed fluff, claws, and paw pads would be. The fabric textures are procedurally generated, easy to edit, and use custom shadows and highlights that morph to fit the differences of each leg.

Using a different VRChat avatar base, like the Povichi? Because the sock topology is so clean, intermediate Blender users can easily fit it to the 3d model base of their choice.

While I offer a beginner-friendly tutorial .readme file in the assets folder, I recommend buyers be comfortable using the CATS plugin and Edit Mode in Blender. Requires VRChat SDK, Poiyomi Toon shader recommended.

Terms of Service

Do as you wish with my asset, but please do not distribute my assets individually to others. Putting it on an avatar and then giving the avatar to someone else is fine, though!
