By purchasing, downloading, or using this avatar/model edit, you agree to the following Terms of Service. 1. Original Model & Required Ownership This product is an edited version of the Reval Vulper. You must legally own/purchase the original Reval Vulper model in order to use this product. This product does not grant you ownership of, or a license to, the original Reval Vulper files. All original Reval Vulper assets remain the property of their respective creator(s), and you are still required to follow the original Reval Vulper Terms of Service in addition to these terms. 2. Credit When crediting this edit, please credit [Voidthedragon] for the body/model modifications. Credit for the original Reval Vulper must still be given to its original creator where required by their Terms of Service. You may not claim that you created the modifications included in this product. 3. Personal Use You may: Use the edited avatar for personal VRChat use. Further customize or modify the avatar for yourself. Use the avatar in screenshots, videos, streams, social media posts, and other personal content, provided this does not violate the original Reval Vulper TOS. Commission another person to work on your copy, provided they legally obtain/access the required assets in accordance with the original creator's TOS. 4. Redistribution You may NOT: Redistribute, share, leak, trade, upload, or give away the files included with this product. Upload the product files to public asset repositories, Discord servers, file-sharing websites, avatar ripping websites, or similar services. Give the files to friends or other users who have not purchased the required products. Include my edited files in another downloadable product without my explicit permission. This applies to both the original files and modified versions derived from my edit. 5. Reselling You may NOT resell this product or my modifications as your own product. You may not: Repackage my edit and sell it under another name. Make minor changes to my edit and then resell it. Sell or redistribute the edited body/base itself. Claim my modifications as your own work. Use my files as the primary/base content of another paid or free product unless I have explicitly given permission. Purchasing this product gives you a license to use it, not ownership of the product itself or the right to redistribute it. 6. Commissions You may use the avatar for personal commissions where another creator modifies your legally purchased copy. The person performing the commission may only retain/access the files as permitted under the applicable original Reval Vulper license and these terms. My files may not be reused for other customers.
