📜 HELLBEAST — TERMS OF USE

By purchasing HellBeast, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

✅ ALLOWED

• Use HellBeast as your personal VRChat avatar.
• Modify the avatar for your own personal use.
• Use the avatar in streams, livestreams, videos, screenshots, photography, social media posts and other forms of content creation.
• Monetized content such as YouTube videos, Twitch streams or similar content is allowed.
• Publicly display the avatar as long as doing so does not provide access to, expose, or distribute the original files.
• Create personal edits and modifications of the avatar.
• Only the separately licensed HellBeast Base Body / Commercial Body may be used for commercial avatar creation.

❌ PROHIBITED

• Sharing, redistributing, leaking, uploading or giving away the HellBeast files or any part of the package.
• Reselling the complete avatar or its individual assets.
• Claiming HellBeast, its assets, or the original model as your own creation.
• Giving the files to friends, customers, communities or other third parties.
• Uploading or distributing the files on Discord servers, file-sharing websites, asset repositories or similar services.
• Using ripped, leaked, stolen or otherwise illegally obtained copies of HellBeast.
• Using HellBeast or its assets for malicious, fraudulent, hateful, illegal or otherwise harmful purposes.
• Making the original files accessible through a stream, video, screenshot, project file, download link or any other method.
• Extracting assets from HellBeast for use on other commercial products.

🩸 COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial use of the complete HellBeast avatar is NOT permitted.

The Base Body / Commercial Body is the only part of HellBeast that may be used commercially, and only when the appropriate commercial version/license has been purchased.

Purchasing the full HellBeast avatar does not automatically grant a commercial license for the body unless explicitly stated with the purchased product.

The Commercial Body may be modified and used as part of your own commercial avatar creations according to its license.

Redistributing or reselling the Base Body by itself, in its original or minimally modified form, is prohibited.

🔒 FILE PROTECTION

You are responsible for keeping your purchased files secure.

Any use that intentionally allows other people to download, extract, copy or obtain the original files or assets is prohibited.

Content creation is completely allowed as long as the underlying files remain protected.

⚠️ LICENSE

Your purchase grants you a license to use HellBeast. It does not transfer ownership of the original assets or intellectual property.

These Terms may be updated when necessary to protect the avatar and its assets.

Violation of these Terms may result in the revocation of your license and access to future updates, where applicable.
