Description du produit
I'm using this to make my textures for the Spiri'vali, will probably updated at some time after a few weeks about how well it works.
This is just to give a pre made edit of the avatar to use in a substance painter alternative called ArmorPaint. Originally made this edit because I couldn't get substance painter to work on my pc. Feel free to use it if you find it helpful or want to try ArmorPaint. Let me know of any issues.
Some issues / things I've noticed that may help in case if anyone runs into the same issues I did...
Assigning a texture to a mesh through the Meshes tab doesn't allow me to paint it for some reason (sorta like it locks the mesh from being painted over / not sure if an intended or not), solution to this would be to assign it to a mesh from the Layers tab instead so you can paint over it. Make sure to drag the material your using into the Layers tab or to the avatar and assign it in the Layers tab. If the issue I mentioned does happen you can right click the mesh to toggle it off under the material and clicking the empty space above the material options. Check this video for reference on what I mean.
Textures don't seem to be saving with the project so you'll need to use the ones with the avatar if you want the base textures.
Make sure to save often since it can be unstable on an older / low end computer. Too many layers can also cause issues.
The Base versions of the avatar only had the avatar but have the layers already set up while the non base version has the feathers separated to make it easier to draw each feather if needed for more complex designs. The Base with No Textures version has the layers setup without any textures.
Again, please do let me know of any issues so I can try to fix it.
Please do consider donating if you can. I'd greatly appreciate it <3
